ON DEC.2ND 2022 A PERSON NAMED **** CONTACTED ME THROOUGH A BASEBALL CARD GRADING COMPANY THAT I HAVE A SET LISTED WITH, HE WANTED TO BUY MY SET, I TOLD HIM I WOULDNT SELL IT CAUSE IT TOOK 23 YRS TO COMPLETE, AGAIN I THOUGHT THIS WAS A COLLECTOR, SO I TOLD HIM I HAD OTHERS THAT WERE EXTRA AND HE ASKED ME TO SEND A LIST, WHICH I DID. HE THEN OFFERED ME ******* AND I WAS LOOKING AROUND *******, BUT I SAID I WOULD COME DOWN TO ******* WHICH HE AGREED AND SENT ME PAYMENT THROUGH PAYPAL, I THEN SENT CARDS TO HIS BUSINESS WHICH I FOUND OUT WAS A DEALER, HE WAS SUPPOSE TO REIMBURSE ME FOR S/H AND INSURANCE OF ****** BUT NEVER RECIEVED IT, THEN ABOUT A WEEK AFTER HE RECIEVED CARDS, HE EMAILS ME FOR A REFUND BECAUSE HE PAID TOO MUCH ? HE SAID THAT HE MISREAD WHAT I SENT AND WOULDNT HAVE PAID SO MUCH. WELL I TOLD HIM THAT THEY RETAIL FOR OVER 7500-8500 AND THAT I WAS BEING FAIR AT *******. WHICH IS HOW WE LEFT IT, THEN AROUND DEC. 27TH 2022 HE MADE UP SOME ISSUE WITH HIS CREDIT CARD COMPANY SAYING I DOUBLE BILLED HIM, WHICH IS A TOTAL LIE SINCE HE PAID ME THROUGH PAYPAL AND I SENT NO INVOICE. THIS TIED UP THE MONEY WITH PAYPAL CAUSING ME TO NOT BE ABLE TO PURCHASE THINGS I WAS BUYING AND I SENT MY DOCUMENTS TO PAYPAL SHOWING THE TRANSACTION WITH EMAILS, THIS WAS ON FEB. 17 2023, PAYPAL NOW HAS TO GO AFTER THE CREDIT CARD COMPANY TO GET MY MONEY . I HAVE NO WAY OF DOING ANYMORE AND ITS 50 DAYS MY MONEY HAS BEEN TIED UP. THIS IS A COMPANY THAT BUYS CARD COLLECTIONS FROM PEOPLE AND USUALLY FOR PENNIES ON THE DOLLAR, BUT BECAUSE THEY WILL ONLY MAKE 20-30% ON MINE THEY DO THIS !! THIS IS A TERRIBLE WAY TO DO CARD BUYING, AS IF A SELLER WANTED TO GET MORE MONEY FROM THEM LATER, THEY WOULD SAY SORRY DEAL DONE !! I WANT TO TAKE LEGAL ACTION IF THIS ISNT SOLVED SOON, THESE PEOPLE SHOULD NOT BE IN THIS BUSINESS AND I WANT TO LET OTHER SELLERS KNOW THEY ARE CROOKED. ALSO NEVER PAID ****** FOR S/H AND INSURANCE.
