This business is a prime example of thuggish behavior that I never encountered in the **, perhaps only rarely off-shore. The platform is overwhelmed with errors and glitches. This is not just an assertion, but a fact backed by a multitude of online verifications and numerous interactions with customer support, evident on Triple ** ******* Pilots, or through the iPhone app. My experiences with them include:1. Spread orders consistently failed to process on time in both live and simulated trading, with reproducible errors in every transaction I attempted (three - 100% of them, technical support call placed for each transaction).2. Technical support was able to replicate these errors but subsequently shifted the blame onto customers, highlighting the inadequacies of their platform.3. On 12/26, I spoke with *** to cancel my deposit due to these negative experiences and being unable to do it by web. Ignoring my request, they proceeded with the transfer attempt anyway.4. This was further compounded by a deliberate delay in my external transfer, really to shut down this account - effectively resulting in the lockdown of my account, as they continued to hold onto my property against my will.Their consistent failures led to missing capital amounting to 25 dollars as of 1/2/2024 ($10 K - held against my advice), for which, yet again, the customer (me) was blamed for the incomplete transaction.I had considered listing the names of individuals involved, only to realize this shady culture pervades the entire "business" through every single interaction. It's appalling. These practices are nothing short of desperate, thuggish, and criminal. I intend to pursue this matter through legal channels. A mere minimum necessary refund - and release of all of my assets will not rectify these issues. Given my firsthand experience with their customer support, my advice is emphatically to STAY AWAY from this "business".Initial Complaint

I opened my account in Apr 2021. They charge me $20 fees on mandatory corporate actions. This is something corporations do with their stock and has nothing to do with me other than I bought that stock before. Without knowing these fees were now being charged, my balance is in a negative because they allowed my account to go to negative before trades were stopped. I asked for a reversal of those fees and they declined. I talked to customer service chat twice and they both said no.
