I placed an order on the phone for a table pad and wanted to make sure the thickness of the pad was 9/16 but instead they sent me a 1/2 inch pad. Then I noticed the color of the top was Not the color we ordered so I immediately called The manager and the lady who took my order and explained my situation..They both were being difficult to begin with so I took a picture of the color and the measurement and the manager told me the color is not one of the colors that they carry and the lady who took my order told me the measurements are approximately and not guaranteed the thickness of the pad which is not true I was lied to and Not to mention stuck with a table pad I cannot use. They took my money and and refused to correct the problem.It would be best they credit my account and not associate with this company any longer.Business response

Due to the fact that the materials we use for the interior of our table pads can vary slightly from shipment to shipment we never guarantee a specific thickness for our table pads. This is clearly stated on our product description page and anyone of our customer service reps always state this when asked. This slight variation in thickness does not affect the ability for the pad to protect the table as stated. As to the color the photo we received is not a vinyl that we have ever carried. We can tell this from the woodgrain pattern. It looks like a pattern that was exclusive to a table pad company that went out of business about 10+ years ago.Customer response

The person on the phone when ordering told me l was paying more money for the thicker pad and the color is what came in the mail which is not acceptable. either credit my account or send the pad l was told I would receive.
