On April 21, 2021, I went into a ******************************* to get a new line for my daughter. My wife and I were existing Tmobile customers. We were told by the Wireless ******** ****** center) at ****** that we could get a new line added and there was a promotion at the time to get 3 lines for the price of 2 for Magenta *** at Tmobile. We were told we would pay $140 (****** promotion in April) for MangentaMax for all 3 lines. The first month we were double charged and I had over $280 on my **** which was the first issue. The next month I was charged $170 for 3 lines. I went back and forth between Wireless ******** store 4-5 times in the last 3-6 months and got the run around. They kept blaming Tmobile for the issue and Tmobile told me they had no promotion like that. To date I have yet to get the promotion I was promised. I called ***** (Wireless advocate) store mgr at the location multiple times and met him numerous times but he has quit since then. STAY AWAY! Never again
