02/23/2022 $50 No, the business did not provide me any service.I'm disputing this business because I paid a deposit for a tattoo. I did not receive any service from them, I've called and text them and they did not answer. I got off work early and went to the location and the building look abandoned and closed down. I texted them and told them I will like my refund for my deposit of $50 and stated that I am reporting them etc. Then 40 mins later after my scheduled appointment and they called and text me back stating a lot of unnecessary stuff and didn't say they were getting me my refund back. I do not have any money to be wasting and getting scammed out of, I just want my money back really. No they did not resolve my issue.Business response

How are you guys doing ? Thank you for brought it to our attention, even though it's through this way, we still appreciate it for your time.
In regards22 of Complaint # *******, here is our views of the situation based off on time stamps from messages between customer ****** and our front desk receptionist ****.
Tuesday 2-22-22 ****** made an appointment on following date 2-23-22 at 1pm, **** helped her to set the appointment and took the deposit from customer, as well as informed the customer of all deposit is final and confirmed with customer of date, address and our Covid protocol safety policy. Customer agreed and understood the notice.
2-23-22, customer ****** texted the shop phone at 12:55 and 1:02pm , the shop opened at 1pm , artist **** was at the shop at 1pm, receptionist **** got the shop phone at 130pm and saw the messages ****** **** , replied to her right away trying to find out where was customer ********************** said ****** wasn't anywhere in front of the shop neither came in after the shop opened at 1pm. Unfortunately, **** texted ****** multiple times but never got reply from here, **** waited till couple hours later still no where to seen ******, we were all worried if she was doing ok.
Our shop has been opened for twelves years and been operating in a very good business standing, we never scammed nor will scam anyone, we always trying our best to maintain good communication with our great customers. ****** said our shop looked like a abandoned building, which we found it's really hard to understand with a gaint neon light shop sign says ************ and bright big windows where a lot customers say our shop looks very stylish, not sure if ****** went to wrong location, since we never got any reply from her to find out what happened, we cant think why she said that. We have built our relationship to our wonderful clients based on respect and good faith, until this moment , we still think there must be some misunderstanding, it's just we had no any other ways to get hold with ****** after texted and called but failed to receive any Reponses to our attempt to contact from her.
We understood ******'s concern of trying to get her non-refundable deposit back even though there appeared no show at the appointment, we just hoping ****** can contact us directly so we can find out what happened, if she changed her mind to not want to get tattoo , she could just be kind to talk to us , we always have a open mind to offer different options. Seeking a great solution to solve any problems is always ideal to us and to customers. We lover our customers, but "scam" is such a strong word and it's not fair to us of being accused as a scammer, when we really arent.
Once again, we are here and still yet looking to hear back from ******, we believe she is a good faith and considerate customer , just like us, we wish good things happen on daily basis. With Covid, everyone works hard to make living, we are all on the same page. Respect goes both ways, and we will do everything we can to make our customers happy if both parties are being reasonable.

Yes, it is correct that the company reached out to me 30 minutes later after my appointment, and no that was a lie that the shop wasnt open at 1pm and I have proof because I was with someone and I waited there pass my appointment time and no one was there. If someone was there how come the gates wasnt lifted from the doors and windows the place was literally closed wasnt no way for me to knock or anything l. I paid a deposit for a service that one I did not receive and secondly, I wasnt seen at my scheduled appointment time. So yea, I do feel like I was scammed out my money and there wasnt anything said about giving me my refund back. Because it falls in the business if I didnt receive my service nor get my service done at the correct time neither. So, again i didnt receive service from this business after I paid a deposit. And I left work early to go to this scheduled appointment. Nobody have money just to be giving away freely, I just want my money back

Hi, I no longer want the tattoo anymore, I just want my money back and Ill just remove this complaint and the one from ****** etc.
