Worst experience Ive ever had with my taxes. I didnt even want to give this 1 star. I thought this year Id try a new business to help with my business and personal taxes, the tax agent ****************************** stated he could help and that hes done this plenty of times before, so I gave him a shot. He failed to submit and mess up my tax forms and causing multiple months of delay and my expected amount to be cut in half, the absolute bare minimum of communication, and lack of total care for me as a client. It has now been just about half a year since my taxes were filed. I was told they were submitted towards the end of January. It is now mid July. I absolutely would not recommend. Ever. Do not use this service. Save yourself the time and headache. He constantly provided me with the run-around and never could deliver precise information to me that would produce better understanding as to what happens next, and where to go from here. With everything going on in this world, one thing you dont do is play with peoples money. That could get you in some unwarranted trouble. Multiple rejected calls, & ignored texts. The worst part is since my refund is cut in half and the forms werent accepted properly, the tax fee should be recalculated. No one has yet to confirm this information leaving me to assume the worst.
