Zero stars.A PHONE number by this company has called me every week day, multiple times a day, since July. I answered initially, told the person I was not interested and stop calling. Said they were from World Wide Travel. I have no business with them. Blocking the number has not helped. You cannot call it back either since it says it's not a working number. Reporting this ********* company for harassment as well to *** and FTC. I am on the do not call list.Review from Kim M

This business using this phone service called me and had some of my personal information. They called to try to collect on a *********************************************************************************************** They didn't act like a collection agency and their sole purpose was to bank on me not having documentation proving I paid off the account after so many years so they could scare me into paying it off again. Watch out people they get your info off the dark web and the web. Scary knowing they can get the last four of your SS# and your address. I was told by many including my bank that's it's not that hard. I was shocked.Review from Charles C

This company is the worst, they facilitate Spam callers and text messages with their services and will lie that number do not belong to them even when its publicly show they own/control the number and is registered under their company name. One of their people just called me. A ***** woman said my name and then hung up. Trying to call them back does not work I have a daughter who has been missing for TWO YEARS exactly today. If this is a troll, it is not funny!!!Review from James P

This company allows scammers to use their voip systems to constantly try to scam people with ******** and now they are trying to get people to do subsidized medical through the govt. These people and I'm talking about onvoy and all the other companies that allow voip to be used should be put out of business. Companies need to use their own calling system to contact people. I'm on a do not call list and I get 30 to 35 calls a day from these pieces of c*** interfering with my business. When will the *** step in NEVERReview from DEBORAH S

Receive daily calls with similar numbers beginning with (*08)646 -8???. I decline and block each call, I have no idea why they would be calling. Used my landline to call one number back, *** answered "Hello" not even a company name....They gotta be scammers.Review from An S

Hundreds of spoofed local numbers calling to spam me since January 2024, it's now June 2024 and no one at Sinch, Onvoy or "Inteliquent" is willing to get my number out of their systems. This activity IS criminal (see FCC TCPA Act 47 U.S.C. 227 and Washington State HB 1051) and I'm doing what I can to *** all three. No one accepts responsibility for the misuse of their service. Shameful. BBB you're on the same street in *******, walk a couple blocks over and shut them down!Review from Shawn S

I have no idea who these people are and why they are allowed to operate - but this is the most annoying spam call service provider that I have ever had to deal with. SHUT THIS CRIMINAL BIZ DOWN!!! Please make something happen to these folks and make it stop!! I have been on the Do Not Call registry for decades and it NEVER WORKS. How is this LEGAL!?! This company refuses to accept responsibility for these harassing phone calls, by transferring blame to other causes.In my view, this company is as responsible as the phone scammers making these harassing and invasive phone calls.Because the problem is ongoing and because this company refuses to accept responsibility for its part, for example, in not vetting carefully potential phone scammers, I have filed complaints at various federal and state agencies, and I will continue to do so.
