************ was recommended to me by some friends so I called up and received a quote on a couple different brand of tires for my vehicle this was the confirmation text from ***** good morning thanks so much for the business. we will see you friday the 8th @ 12 pm All tires quoted to me by ************ made the appointment for today **** 12pm on *****. I chose the Versailles for ****** installedout the door with 2yr road hazard included I asked if they had the tires in stock she said yes I made the appointment I took off the day from work to go and have tires installed in the morning on the day of my appt I received this text all in Capital Letters SORRY TO SAY JUST NOTIFIED TIRES ON BACK ORDER CANNOT GET ANYTHING CLOSE TO THIS PRICE. SO HOW WOULD YOU LIKE ME TO PROCEED? UPFORTANTLY WILL NEED TO BE ANOTHER DAY WE ORDER EVERYTHING IN WILL NOT GET UNTIL MONDAY. SO SORRY WILL DO THE BEST I CAN GET YOU THE BEST DEAL AS POSSIBLE ON SOMTHING ELSE I called ******* tires and they also sell those tires and was told they were not on back order Lies all Lies .I think that for what ever reason the quote I was given by ***** someone realized she made a mistake and decided to tell me the tires are on back order to cover up the fact a mistake was made and they were going to lose money on my deal Very unprofessional and full of bs I would not recommend anyone ever going to this buisness for tires or anything else after she texted me the bs story I texted back and tried calling multiple times with no reply and being ignored beware and stay away I will be putting this on yelp ******** B.B.B. and anywhere else to get the word out on this shady full of beans company very unprofessional stay away beware dont do it.No one should ever be treated this way by any buisness as a new customer or old don't use them they are dishonest and rude Very disappointed and ****** for the way they handled this situation and lied to me

We apologized text the customer as soon as the delivery got here!  company shorted us his 4 tires. advised him tires were on back order advised him as soon they come in would get him in for install. (We cannot control other companies' stock) we as a small business order all tires in day before appt. Customer was not out money we don't charge until after the job is complete. This also happened to 2 other customer the same day from different factories. They rescheduled without an issue. The price was the price it will not change.
