      Paid 53 dollars to the business every 15 days for a subscription service they offer. Subscription renewed on February 28th. I have yet to have my order shipped let alone fulfilled. It took me multiple times to try and get ahold of someone. Once I did get ahold of someone March 7th, they said the 3rd party warehouse has problems & that they are looking into it & that I can cancel my order if Id like. Since then I have reached out every day on an update and no one has responded back to me. This is only my 2nd ever BBB complaint and is the 2nd one with this company. Worst service Ive ever been provided & Id like this to be resolved.

      Placed an order 11 days ago and not only has it not shipped (even though they charged my bank account the same time order was placed), the company has also chosen to ignore all 5 of the emails I have sent the past 5 days asking for updates or the return of my money.

      Date of transaction November 9th 2022. Dollar amount 75 dollars. Order #****** Ive received no update on my order after contacting their help site and emailing them 8+ times over the past 5 days. Ive even utilized their help chat and have gotten no response. This is my first time being treated in such a poor way that Ive felt the need to submit a complaint to BBB. Id like this to be avoided in the future for all other customers who utilize this product.

      Our third-party fulfillment partner is experiencing severe challenges due to the holiday shopping season. This customer's order was cancelled and refunded in full on Thursday November 17 after receiving an email from the customer on Wednesday November 15.
