            ON APRIL28,2022 THURSDAY AFTERNOON I REQUESTED A *** TRUCK FROM AAA. AAA SENT SILVA TOWING. THE REASON THAT I REQUESTED A *** TRUCK WAS FOR MY ***** PASSENGER STRUTS BROKE. I HAVE REAR WHEEL DRIVE AND THE TOWING COMPANY PULLED MY CAR FROM THE ***** CAUSING DAMAGE TO THE PAINT AND THE WORST DAMAGE WAS TO THE REAR DIFFERENTIAL AND THE **** AND BRAKES!!!!! AFTER THE TOWING COMPANY NAMELY SILVA TOWING DAMAGED MY CAR THE *** TRUCK DRIVER DROPPED MY CAR FROM THE *** TRUCK AND PARKED BEHIND IT AND PLAYED LIKE HE JUST PULLED UP AND LIED TO AAA AND TOLD THEM THAT MY CAR WAS ALREADY DAMAGED!!!!! IT IS THE TOWING COMPANIES RESPONSIBLITY TO KNOW THAT YOU DO NOT PULL A REAR WHEEL DRIVE CAR FROM THE *****. I REPORTED IT TO AAA ON APRIL 28,2022 THURSDAY WHEN IT HAPPENED AND AAA HAS BEEN GIVING ME THE RUNAROUND FOR A WHOLE MONTH. ON MAY ************************************************************************************************************************************************** THAT IF I CONTACTED THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU THAT I WOULD NOT GET ANY HELP!!!!!!!! THE CONTACT PERSON FOR AAA WAS A *********************** AND HER PHONE # ************. AAA SAID THAT THEY PRACTICE GIVING OUT DECISIONS WITHOUT GIVING THE CUSTOMER A WRITTEN OR EMAIL DECISION. ANYWHERE YOU GO, IF YOU APPLY FOR A CREDIT CARD OR GO TO COURT YOU GET SOMETHING WRITTEN. THEY KNOW I AM DISABLED AND ARE TAKING ADVANTAGE OF ME !!!!!!
