I worked for Apollo from May until June, I received one payment during this time. I sent many emails asking when I would be paid and received no response. I was never onboarded or given access to my payroll or hours tracking during the two months I worked there. After a month of daily emails, I finally got a response asking what days I had worked, I was told Apollo was tracking this as I was never given the ability to clock in. After many many more emails I finally was paid for two of the eight weeks of work I did. I sent more and more emails and finally only just got paid at the end of September after going above ***************************** head to email HR directly. I sent over 100 emails and received responses to about 5. The responses I received were very delayed and vague, making it very clear that ****************** had no intention of paying me or giving me access to my own hours. Even after being paid, finally, I still do not have access to my hours. It took me five months to receive the compensation for the work I did. At one point, three weeks went by during which he was "verifying my hours", I asked my direct supervisor and she had not been contacted to verify my hours. Even after he did this, I was only paid for two weeks of the work I did. The last response I received from him was in early September, again, leaving over 50 emails unread and ignored. This was at the Apollo site at *************************** School in **************. The problem is entirely with *************************.Initial Complaint

This is a public company providing aftercare services inside of my son's school district. I believe them to be discriminatory against students with special needs which is a clear violation of his rights per the law in ****. Staff refused to accommodate him in regard to his diet, activities in the program and using his communication device. They avoided phone calls and emails for weeks until I had issue escalated to the school district. My son is the only child in the program with special needs as I believe they discourage other parents from enrolling students by stating they are a public company and not equipped.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because:They have not addressed concerns in regards to discrimination for special needs and inclusion.
I have stopped using the company services. I have transferred my son to another school.
I felt so uncomfortable with the staff that I asked them to not work with him directly if possible and to communicate with me through a 3rd party that was employed by the school district.
I met with the superidnent and the director of pupil services as I did not feel comfortable working with the staff please see attached emails.
There was never any crime committed therefore no police report would have been warranted in any regard.
