      They came and picked up my tv to repair 11 months ago and I called for months listening to lies and finally they brought it back and it was still broken . They claimed I need to pay an additional $600 to get another part in addition to the $400 I paid already. I asked for $150 back so I can buy a new tv They told me no or I cud sell them my tv $150 and I told them no because they was going to just fix it and sell my ********************************************************************************************************************************* I was trying to support my black people but the service was ridiculous! I'm going to take them to court if I can find out how. My mom has contacted them for me because I was traumatized and embarrassed after I got my tv back for my viewing party and the tv didn't work.

      Hi, this repair is out of warranty customer refused to surrender the ** so we could remove the new parts to sent them back to the seller. Warranties on Parts are award my the Seller and is Time Senstive, if the customer had stated the reason four months ago we would of remove the Seller Parts and he could picked up his **. Instead, he stated he want to watch is ** until he could get a new one. Plus there are 3 other reason which has cut off options to helps this customer.

      I am rejecting this response because:they are lying I called and texted for months they lied and said it will be ready next week your part just came in and that happened for months until I begged them to just bring my ** back after they had it a year. I have all texts and voicemails they left me and recording of repair man when he brought it back and gave me the owners personal number to call and get my money back because the ** had just been sitting there. And another shop fixed it in 2 days and were cheaper. The stand has nothing to do with the problem they didn't make adjustable ** stands if it wud damage the **. They said they didn't use my whole repair kit the spread it out to fix other **'s too. I can get a letter from other repair explaining what they did and how A&A could have fixed my ** without asking for $600 more dollars. My mom even tried to settle with them but they wanted my ** back so they cud fix it and sell it but only offered me $150 back with remote and ** stand. You wud only let us send 5 things but we have plenty more with dates while the claiming i waited until warranty was over how and they came and picked up my tv the same week i paid for first repair.  Doesn't make since

      I am rejecting this response because: what the other company did to repair my ** is none of their business. U are a repair company and told me u cud repair the ** after it went bad the first time u so called fixed it because u didn't want to return my money. I'm done with the back and forth I only asked for half of my money back if not im just going to file a complaint and sue

      I know you do not understand the process. If you want the company to consider any Monetary Refund, we must have proof of the repair. If you do not send the proper document, Proof for the repair of your TV including pictures of the Model Number and Serial Number. A detailed parts numbers and labor description with a total price, there will be no other response from us. We regret you do not understand the process. You control the amount of refund IF ANY by providing us Documented Proof including pictures of the Hole Screen and Bezel with a PICTURE. The ball is in your court.

      Our Desire is get proof of repair so we can take the proper action even if it means a refund and resolve the customer complaint you have 5 bussiness days
