What a disgrace!!! The woman who answers the phone is the owner and should know better. She is rude like others have already stated but thats an understatement. I wouldnt let this woman and her company service my enemy even if it was free. This reflects bad on any company that uses this company to provide service or insurance claim work. From the looks of it, the product they were going to service is worth more than her entire business. Stay far away from this company!!!! Run!!!

The only individuals that were a disgrace was this person and his wife who decided to take out their frustrations on anyone who answered the other line. It was for that reason that the person who answered the phone transferred it to the woman, who attempted to explain to the wife that the tech scheduled was running late perhaps due to ******* traffic or that a previous service took longer than expected. Again, it was attempted to assure her that she was on the schedule and the tech would arrive shortly. It was the customer who became increasingly loud and aggressive, ultimately leading to a hang up. The husband then decided to call the office in attempt to "defend" the wife by calling the woman all sorts of vulgar names. This customer missed out on the opportunity to receive great service and be part of thousands of happy customers. It is unfortunate that people such as they, who never even had service with us, have the opportunity to further take out their frustrations. Although, it is our goal to only have happy customers, it is very difficult to continue to extend courtesy when the customer looses respect. We at the company provide top of the line service and continue to strive in maximizing the customer's experience. Unfortunately, it seems much easier for dissatisfied customer's to leave review instead of the thousands of happy ones. We wish the couple well in their effort to find another servicer.
