hello, you purchased a 2016 ram promaster (commercial vehicle) with a previous accident reported and you have signed the Carfax report acknowledging the previous damage, rates are not made up from the dealer, it is based on your credit performance. The experience was okay until I found out they sold me a car that was in an accident at the *** price and did not tell me until I handed them the 31k check. I was so frustrated and tired from a two-hour drive from my bank to dealer, plus my dad drove me after getting chemo and had nobody else to drive me, I didn't even fight them after complaining. That was not the worst of it, they sold me a "like new" car with one key AND did not even fill the gas tank, they could not put the license plate on correctly and delivered the car dirty. I still have a copy of the original car fax they showed me, which does not match the carfax they had me sign. On top of it, they asked me for references. Get this, I paid them directly with my banks money and they asked for references. DO NOT GO TO THESE THIEVES. IF something is too good to be true, it probably is. I filled a complaint with the **** I don't have money to hire a lawyer so hopefully BBB can help.Baha Auto Sales, Inc. Response

Hello, the vehicle was sold as a used vehicle, some used cars come with 1 or more keys, we do not guarantee the number of keys the vehicle has, as far as the history report we show the carfax and auto check history reports, carfax did not have any damage reported but autocheck did. we disclose everything about any vehicle we sell ( not many dealerships provide both history reports). Also References are needed for every deal, cash or finance, asking for references is not anything out of the ordinary.Review from MJ I.

Excellent customer service first time Ive ever enjoyed purchasing a car from a dealer. The process was effortless. very friendly and very knowledgeable.
