My warranty insisted it needed to be at a mechanic for a diagnostic. After receiving the diagnostic the warranty I have denied the claim and said it is not covered. Afterwards I called Blue Sky again and was advised to bring it back to the owner *** who I bought the car from. After going back and forth multiple times of him saying my car is not fixed he said he will fix the issue. Upon picking my car up from him on June 1 2023 he told my mother and I that the car still is not working and he did all that he could. With that new I decided to take my car back to a **** Dealership to see if anything could be done. Some parts were fixed include clutch, levers, motors, bolts, and a valve. However, they notified me that the previous work done to my car was incorrect and had damage. The piece aside from what they were able to fix that was damaged was my vehicles **** I have already paid over 3 thousand dollars for the repairs and will owe an additional 3 thousand to fix the **** I am looking to be reimbursed for the money I spent to fix my car the dealership damaged. I have tried to resolve this among ourselves and he is refusing to cooperate. I have documentation from mechanics and dealerships I took it to as well as messages between Blue Sky Enterprises.
