On feb 7 I had my 2008 implala electronic control module replaced by them. On March 4 same problem took it back. Only it can run but still the ecm causes the car not to run at all. The service *************** wouldn't let the technician check my problem. To come back when the engine light is on. Well if the engine light is on i cant drive it at all. He said bullcrap battery messed up not enough gas and I'm not driving it enough that's all bullcrap. Its the emc acting up again. I told him if the engine light goes on I have to be towed. He didn't care and told me to take my car and leave. I knew this the only thing wrong due to them having a logistics test done on it feb 6 only emc was busted. I want this service person demoted or fired by his actions. They charged me over ****** a the logistics test even though I told him what was wrong with it. I spent over ******* for it start messing up the car again. This service person shouldn't be in their business he is a risk. He hates women i can tell and wouldn't help me at all after paying all that **** money to be pushed to the side because my car is old. I'm out of work and don't need to be treated like this like a dumb woman I hate him. He asking questions when he knew already blaming my car for being too old and a bad battery no gas and not driving a lot. I'm disabled and out of work and care for my mom I don't have time to waste driving around for nothing just because he said so. The battery is from Sept 23 put in by a local mechanic i trust more than him.. He didn't want to help me. I'm ****** and my stress level is too far over. Before this happened he told me he call me back when my car was towed in a 1hr he never called me back only when the car was done and told me I might get a ticket for parking due to my car being next the curb next to the business. They sat on my car for over a week with no response left 2 messages nothing from him. They kept the car over a week no contact

On January 8, ****, I went into Napleton to purchase a vehicle. I spoke to workers about a particular vehicle for the entire day. When I got to the dealership they told me the vehicle had just sold, and that they had another vehicle that was a little pricey. I informed them that this purchase was no money down. However, they lied and told me that if I put at least a $1000 down they could get me approved. Upon paying the down payment, they told me that they just got the car in and had to pass a safety inspection. I waited two days for the safety inspection to be complete. I picked the car up on the 11th and then had to take it back because all the sensor lights had come on and the seat belt was also broken along with the charging ports. I took the car back on January 15th and it has still been at the dealership as a credit for the inconvenience I was issued $500 of my down payment back. At this point, no one has provided an accurate story on the car and how I can be credited for my inconvenience.

I am rejecting this response because: I believe tire lights were on because rim was cracked. I drove the car from the lot to my daughter game and then home. When I came out the next morning tire was flat. I had to get it welded and in the process of buying a new rim. I appreciate *** but this issue preceded him and although he is willing to accommodate. At this time the seat belt has a recall they assured me that would be fixed as well and it is not working still along with the charging ports.

I am rejecting this response because: I believe the entire rim and tire should be replaced along with a reimbursement for getting car towed and rim welded. I believe that no safety inspection was done because also the seat belts are faulty and that was also an original concern.  I also believe that a down payment was not needed to obtain vehicle. Also none of the items requested for example the radio speaker is faulty along with the tires they are squeaking.

      Sincerely,

I took my vehicle in on 10/23/23 because my heat wasn't getting hot just warm. I told the service rep that I use to hear a flap opening and closing when I turned the heat off and on , from heat to Ac and when I turned my car off and that's not happening now. That when first thing I said when I arrive in October. I paid $235 for the diagnostic test. The findings were my radiator re had a leak and my steering. The parts were ordered. At that time I had to pay the diagnostic fee plus the charge for the parts which totaled $990. I received a voicemail from the service rep along with an text stating the parts were in and I needed to make an appt. I called and made the appt for 11/24/23 @ 7am. When I arrived I was told by the rep that I needed to make the appt through him and was told to come back Monday 11/27/23 morning @ 7am. I inquired why the diagnostic fee didn't go toward the work since I was told the problem was the leakage in the Reso. I was told no the diagnostic fee doesn't go toward the service. When I picked up my car on Monday I paid $535 for the Labor. This morning 11/28/23 I auto started my car when I didn't come out until 10mins later and it still is not getting hot. I drove to work and it still the same as when I first took it. I was told by another mechanic that there's a module that flaps open and closes when you turn the Heat on or AC. As stated in the beginning. I'm not a mechanic but that's what I said. I would like my heating system for the price I paid.

The customer came in for diagnosis and repair of a coolant leak.  It was determined that the radiator was leaking and needed to be replaced.  The customer paid for the diagnosis of the concern and prepaid for the part that had to be ordered.  The customer returned for the parts to be installed and there were no more leaks and the heat was operating as designed.  The customer returned stating that the heat was still not working.  The technician pressure tested the coolant system and found no leaks and found the coolant level to be where it should be.  The tech also inspected the coolant hoses to the heater core which were hot which is what they should be.  The heating system was found to be operating as it is supposed to.  Today, the customer was called to see if the heat was working and the customer said it was not.  The advisor asked if she wanted to schedule an appointment to bring the vehicle in again and the customer said they didn't know when.   The original concern from the customer of coolant leaking and no heat was resolved.  To further diagnose the no heat concern, the technician will need to further inspect and test the heater core and heater box which will incur more time and a new diagnosis.

I Sent My 2017 ******* Elantra in For Warranty work on April 19. My Car was overheating everytime I would drive it. After A week I got a call telling me that my car needed a new thermostat, radiator, Ball Joint, and Alignment, all which were covered under my warranty. They also told me I would have to come out my pocket to pay 200$ for a Coolant Flush because my warranty wouldn't cover it I was told all parts were in accept for the thermostat and the work should be done asap. After 2 weeks Of not getting any updates or calls I started calling up to the dealership to find out what was going on and unfortunately out of the 3 days I called I never received a answer or a call back. When the third week arrived I took it upon myself to go up to the dealership to see what was going on with my car. Upon arrival I was told that my advisor had given my case to another advisor and that I no longer could go to them to receive any updates on my car. My New advisor told me that My car should be ready in acouple days everything was working good and that my ac in the car was back running cold and that they wanted to keep the car to bleed it. On May 18th I was told my car was ready, paid 404$ (deductible and coolant flush) and over 4000$ of work was done to the car. when picked up I noticed the ac was blowing hot air which was the first red flag. 15 minutes after driving off my car was still overheating. I took the car back and was left hanging in the wind worrying about transportation to and from work. I ended up having to come out of pocket 500$ for a rental because my warranty company put a stop hold on the rental, the dealership failed to give a reasonable explanation as to why my car was still in the shop and what was wrong with it. On May 31st I got a call saying my Car was ready. Today is June 4th and my car has unfortunately started heating up again. The whole front part of my splash shield has began to start dragging as if It hasnt been bolted properly. 3 months of my time

      Good mornng,

**************** is more than welcome to bring his 2017 ******* Elantra back to have his overheating problem diagnosed. Every part that we installed during the last service visit is covered under a parts and labor warranty.

      Good morning,

It is not uncommon for a car with ******* miles to need attention for similar symptoms, in this case, overheating.. There are a dozen different mechanical components that can effect the operating temperature of an engine.

If **************** would like to bring his 2017 ******* Elantra  back to our ****************** , we will inspect/diagnose the issue at no charge.. If ANY of the parts replaced during his previous service visit has failed, causing the overheating , the parts and labor will be covered 100% .

On March 25, 2023, my son, ******* ***** and I purchased a 2020 ******* Elantra from Napleton Downtown. As it was a cash price, the title would be mailed to **. At the time of purchase, the dealership noted an incorrect address. As soon as I realized this, I contacted the dealership, had many conversations with the sales staff as well as multiple conversations with the managers and was assured that the address for the title would be corrected before the title was sent out. The title was sent out with the wrong address on it. I have contacted the dealership many times and seem to be "screened" out by the receptionist at each call, never getting through to management and always having to leave a paper message. No messages are returned. Emails are not answered. We are now two months out and I have no resolution. I would like Napleton to issue a new title, or do the calling and process coordination to get a new title mailed out to me with the correct address so that I can appropriately register the vehicle. I would appreciate any assistance BBB could offer.

I brought my Chevrolet Sonic in for service on March 20 because the engine was overheating. I got very expensive repairs done and left my car with the Napleton service technicians for more than a day waiting for those to be done. Two days ago my engine overheated and started smoking. It appears that a different part was faulty and was letting coolant spray all over the engine, a part that it seems the Napleton technicians had seen and covered in some kind of tape (!) but did not fix or inform me about, even though it impacted the safety and driveability of the car. I am asking for a full refund for the misdiagnosis and expensive repairs on my car.
