Napleton Downtown Chevrolet are scamming consumers out of money charging $235 Courtesy diagnostic fees to misdiagnose consumers out of money. I had my vehicle towed to Napleton Downtown Chevrolet at ******************* for a ************* ******* Vehicle, Stability Track Light as well ************ Reduced displayed on the dash board. After Inspecting my vehicle i was told that i needed 3 issues repaired on my vehicle totaling over $1000. I paid for one of the ******* to be repair which was the Accelerator Switch because i thought that would prevent my vehicle from trembling during the start up and get rid of the three light indicators mentioned above as well as the ************ Reduce light, and it didnt. I paid over $700 for the first repairs and my vehicle ran horribly every since, a few days of my car being released from Napletons my car began to display the same issues with check Engine, ******* Vehicle and Stability track light as well as ENGINE POWER REDUCE displaying on the dashboards as it did when initially brought it in. The repairs that was completed on my car was useless and it had nothing to do with the diagnoses they provided me. I was charged approximately over $900 more dollars for them to correct the issue they should have repaired the first time because of a code P2135 code they failed to properly inspect. I regret taking my car to this place even though i got my car back to still something not right about my car but they will not get a dime of my money, im very displeased with the service they provided me and if you want to keep your vehicle operable dont go there!!! To add insulting injuries, theyll call you and inquire about the service you received less than 24 hr of me getting my car back the second time after they misdiagnosed my vehicle.
