  If I could I would give them no stars. Terrible customer service attitudes out this world even the managers. I brought a car from them in February 2023 had the car for 3 months and the engine light popped on they stated they could fix I took my car in they had it for a month and didn't fix the problem, so I went and got the vehicle because I have kids and have to work no form of transportation was not working for me. I paid out of pocket to get the issue fixed which was $900. Later on my husband went and got a vehicle from them as well. The second week he had the car he had to take it back because something was wrong with it well fast forward about 6 months of having the car the engine light popped on went and put it on the machine message came back stating that it was the transmission took the car to there people that fix the cars and they called us and said it need a thermostat but we knew that's not all it needed because it was jerking engine light popping on and off. Now they saying to bring it back in so they can look at. I am just over them I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but it this point you just taking our money and not really giving a ****. I am looking into getting a lawyer to sue them.

  This place is the worst the day I drove off in the first vehicle the sunroof would not close and it was negative temps outside. I had been at the showroom for hours and by the time I finished up they were closing I immediately called and the next day they had me come up there but attempted to say I broke the sunroof because I was not supposed to open it due to how cold it was outside. So they only gave me two cars I could pick from in the dark as I get off work at 430 and I made it there around 515 well the new car let me tell you all has been nothing but problems transmission failing and the shop that they have repairing it caused more problems. Now I have a vehicle Im paying for that has this service light on and they are saying they cant see me until the 26th of March. The financing company I attempted to contact laughs and hangs up Im sick of this and I want out of this sad contract. Im contacting ICE because I know its some illegals in there and Im contacting an attorney.

  Terrible customer service the manager ******* ext 131 kept hanging up on me. They turned my car off 1 day after my payment was due and after I was trying to explain to her the situation she hung up. I'm thinking about contacting a lawyer.

  First of all on ******** ads it shows you only need $500 to get into any car when I got there. They didn't know anything about it so we had to put together $1500.After about two days, my daughter expressed to me that the car was jumping every time she push the gas so we reported it back to the dealership, and they took it to Their mechanics and they found out that the transmission was completely shot and then they ordered a transmission. My daughter was without a car for at least three weeks and she still made her payments on time. After us complaining, they finally called us back and said that they sent them the wrong transmission or something of that nature and that it wouldn't Pass inspection. So we told him we wanted our money back or what would they do about this situation so they gave us another car the same make and model but different year and then about two weeks ago and the car wouldn't start. We called the dealership and they tried to direct us to the Mechanic once more, but after going through the first situation of not getting our car back at all after three weeks, we didn't trust the mechanics anymore and then they started to answer my calls because I called repeatedly because my daughter needed her for school and ******* my 20 years of purchasing cars I have never received the level of care for their business as I did with this company. This company Should not be selling cars because its a scam they charge people $16,000 mind you you can purchase a brand new car for $18,000 but I decided to give them a chance with the second car. They only give you you one month of warranty But I believe the cars already have issues before they put them on the lot because there is no check engine light on, but the car ends up not turning on or the transmissions are bad. After looking at all the reviews on BBB. We are all saying the same thing, so do not trust this business at all from the salesman to the mechanics To the advertising on ********

  This car lot is full of ****. I only owe one car note they came in took my car from in front of my house I'm not gone write a book cause everything these peoples in the reviews saying is so true?? I have nothing good to say about them but they need to be closed down immediately.

  This company sells a lot of lemon cars also claims to fix problems with vehicles, but get the same results over the same problems that they supposedly fixed

  Nightmare. PLEASE DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM NONE OF THEIR LOCATIONS. I purchased a car 9months ago these people had someone to stole my car from in front of my house with out my permission & took it to the south side location & claimed it was totaled. When nothing was wrong with my vehicle now trying to make me commit insurance fraud. they told me to come down pay them $500 deductible & they will not put the car on my credit but I'm unaware of the steps that they are taking. I'm sure my car was work and very much drivable.im still confused on what insurance company they are committing fraud through because its not my person insurance please be care I am not getting a attorney involved. It's not fair we sign up as a contract to pay your car within a certain amount of time and then somehow here comes someone taking your vehicle trying to make you do things that's not honest, not fair. I believe that this company should be shut down for fraud.

  & its only getting 1 STAR BECAUSE BBB MADE ME RATE THEM ! I purchased this car not even a month ago ! The wheels are wiggly , overheating, it was a hole in the oil pen I wouldn't have known if I wasn't with my husband ! They don't give out loaner cars even the guy at the place I gotten an oil change from told me to give the car back ! All kinds of lights started coming on after 2 weeks ! I been scammed I never thought they'll do that because they were so thirsty to not give me a car cause I only had 3k ! It didn't matter if I had more than that they were still gonna give me a horrible car . Let along it stopped on me in the middle of traffic I could've died ! Now I'm stuck with no car and its no telling how long it'll be before I get it back ! At this point I don't even want the car back!! THEY ARE BAD FOR BUSINESS I HATE THEM I WANT THEM OUT OF BUSINESS ! I AM A TAX PAYER I DONT DESERVE THIS !

  Was a total waste of time. Lady on the phone took all my info including paycheck stuff, proof of address, picture of my driver's license. I even filled out an application with my social security in it. I talk to her hours later and she said I need **** down instead of my **** and I'm approved. No co signer. So she schedules me to come in. The sales/finance guy is collecting the same exact stuff the original lady did. He's filling out another application even though I got approved already. After reviewing he tells me that I have to put 7-8000 down now. I live an hour and a half away. I told the lady this on the phone. I wanted to be approved first because it's a far drive. It's why she took all my information to begin with. The guy just says sorry. So I wasted 3 hours of driving and another hour of doing the same application process I did hours ago.
