I bought a used car from the dealer, was guaranteed and listed as excellent condition cars no issues. Immediately after buying a vehicle the engine had problems and unable to drive it. Informed dealer an they told me to wait on the title to come in mail and that they'll trade me in, now I can't contact him and he's completely ignoring my issue as I had my kids in the car when the vehicle engine went out and could've seriously been injured due to the circumstances of how the vehicle became immobile.Initial Complaint

***************************** selling broke down cars I gave him 4k he sweared the car was excellent new motor 20 minutes after buying the car it started smoking he said bring it back we couldnt than he said take it to his mechanic I did that he wanted 600$ I only had 160 than he said go on ********* and ****** ask only for ***** and send him registration and he will switch the gmc no he than said ***** him 695$ asap and he gonna switch no so we tried to get a oil change no because its leaking oil cords a loose a lot of problems the car been parked since march 3 2023 so than we didnt Zelle him faster enough he said he gonna wait on the title once the title came back I called him he said he not trading anything and hung up in my face and blocked meInitial Complaint

***************************** at White Diamond Auto Luxury sold my daughter and I a car that he knew wasn't working and he agreed to exchange 15 minutes after we left the car started smoking we asked for a refund he promise to exchange it he said switch the title and you only can go to this lady ***** on ********* and ****** and put the plates on the new car I said how he said take a picture of the registration send it to him Asap now he had my husband to go get the car and when we got back he left and called me saying IMMA wait on title to come to trade it in I have the texts that he agreed to he knew that car didn't work he kept saying look at receipt new motor I want my money back
