Feb 28 2023 I brought a car from the dealership he said he got warranty for 2 weeks and then I got get my own before I could do that or pay my car note the car lights didnt go out same day so car battery went dead I got jump took it back they took lights out instead fixing it then next day car blew up I had it for 3 days so I ask for my money back they said no so he put me in another car the same day check engine came on I took it back they they let it sent for 2weeks then fix it gave it back to me then 2 weeks later they car motor went out and got hole in motor so now he got the car that motor went out and my money and I still dont have car and I gave him **** down my car note was suppose be 450 and I get chance to pay because both car was lemon and he said he not fixing engine or not giving me another car or my money back please help me that so dirty I didnt enjoy any car because both cars went out from dealership I had second truck for two weeks when they gave it back so his warranty should still been goodInitial Complaint

On 6/16/2022 I trade in a vechile at world discount auto. I purchased a car and within a week the engine died. The dealer told me to give them the chance to fix it as per ******** law. After fixing the car i was not provided any receipts or or guarantee of the vechicle being fixed. Instead they strongly encourage that I buy an extended warranty for $1400 which I did, that they sold me from a warranty company. On 9/14/2022 the vehicle died again. The dealer is not being cooperative or considerate in resolving the situation.Initial Complaint

I bought car in April, the mechanic was flirty,asking for serial Pic, hee married so I said no I don't deal with married men.ok I wear glasses didn't have them this day,so I couldn't read the contract, they told me 200 every 2weeks ,l put 2100$down they keep going up on my price the amount of the car was ****or 4700,0k when I talked to them before Christmas he said my bal was 1025$ OK Jan rolls around and 8 payed 300$ for dec& Jan. ***** missed a payment at all,last night on the 31st of Jan, he said I'm 1300$ behind & I missed 6 payments he's lying. Jan 5th he said I was behind,945 in late fees I have all my receipts. He said I was pay *** really good up till July, ok I got a prepaid card & began loading it for payment injury or Aug they have sent me all transcripts receipts to my email. I received them from the prepaid card he said normally if a person missed 2 days they pick up the car, now how in the he'll you didn't been been came & got mine...????I'm disabled and they know this, I have never missed a payment at all,I paid every 2 weeks or 400$ on my 1st or third from,my disability. He says to me we nice to u ,yeah because I pay. I want them shut down ,I want money back & car and pain & suffering as well as serial harassment.
