Heartland veterinary partners bought Allphin Veterinary clinic, Branson West, Missouri. They keep the name so no one would know. They have Hired veterinarians that don’t care. The Office, overbook don’t care. The staff that runs the front desk is overwhelmed, and they are basically running their businesses into the ground. You can not contact them. There is a phone number, but no one will answer regardless of what button you push. No one will return your phone calls. This is not a good situation.Review from TRACEY M

I brought my cat in for a blood test. She was perfectly fine. She had her ears cleaned and treated with medicine for her ears. I was told she had a yeast and bacteria infection. No one told me that there were side effects. She came home and would not eat or drink. She walked side by side. I took her on a Saturday and took her back Monday. They ruptured her ear drum and I was not charged and push out of there very quickly. No one telling me what happen and what will come out of this. I took her home and she could not walk at all. I took her to my old vet and they said she would not be the same. I had to make a decision to put her down. Dealing with this clinic has been a nightmare. They are refunding me for the actual visit on Saturday but refuse to refund me for the other vet bill. They made me feel guilty that I had to put my cat down. When I was clearly there fault. Found out the they are owned by Heartland Veterinary Partners. But I can not get to speak to anyone.
