I ordered both taboo for the culture and black uno back in May and June of 2022. Ive emailed several times stating the games never arrived. I have asked for a refund several times as well. This is totally unacceptable. I am a customer spending my money on your products, and you just took my money and never sent me anything. And Ive read others whos have had the same complaint so its as though Ive been scammed! I would like my money back for these items I payed for.Initial Complaint

We still have not received our order of Black Taboo (Order #*****) that we order on March 24, 2022. We followed up on May 30, knowing that you sold out, but we received your email blast saying you got new stock in. You replied on June 9, saying you continuing to send out the pre-orders and we should get our soon and wed be updated.We reached back out September 8 saying that we havent received our order and that we moved and wanted to update our shipping address. On September 13 you responded saying okay. You sent another email blast on October 6, saying the game was back in stock and that some folks still havent received their orders and offered a 15% discount off a future order. I responded to the email on the same day saying we havent received our order and was there an update. We never received a response.On November 15 and I am following up yet again about our order. You sent out another email blast today about new inventory. We have been more than patient and with little to no information about our order. Can we please have an update and what else can be done since weve been waiting 8 months for our order.Today is January 20 and we still haven't received an update, the product, or a refund. I would still like to receive the product but if not possible, then a refund.Happy to answer any questions you may have and looking forward to seeing from you soon.Initial Complaint

Back in September of 2022, I placed an order with Another Frequency Productions through their subsidiary, Black Owned Gaming, for two of their products. I received a confirmation of my order and my bank account was charged. It has now been 4 months and I have not received my order. I tried to be patient as products could be backordered. However, since placing my order I have received multiple marketing emails from them stating they have restocked. Yet, I still have not received anything I have reached out to Black Owned Gaming, through their website and social media, on several occasions requesting that my or be completed or issue me a refund, no one has responded. At this point, I do not even want their product, I just want want a refund since they are incapable of holding their side of the deal.Initial Complaint

On 5/29/22, I ordered the game "Taboo for the Culture" from Another Frequency Productions, LLC's company Black Owned Games. The order number is *****; the price of the game was $32.95.To date I have not received the games, Initial ship date, per email communication, was to be 6/11/22. I have emailed the company ***************************** at least 5 times since June to inquire on the shipping status. Initial response was that the games were backstocked; discount on future orders was offered. The website states the games are currently in stock but I have yet to receive the order I have paid for.Initial Complaint

On Sept. 7, I ordered two games from Black Owned Games (owned by Another Frequency Productions, LLC) directly from their website www.blackownedgaming.com, for $75.41. Unfortunately, because of issues with their overseas manufacturer, I never received my order. To resolve this, I asked the company for my order to be canceled and refunded in multiple emails (5 exactly). I never received a response.Initial Complaint

I ordered my game on June 12th. Come July they still hadn't sent my game but sent a mass email saying that they'd shipped out pre-orders and that multiple games were out of stock. I emailed them because they didn't even mention their games being out of stock on their site. Otherwise I wouldn't have bought it since I needed it for a trip in July. They emailed back saying they was a shipping delay and that I would be getting my order. Fast forward to November and I've gotten multiple other emails saying hey we've restocked and order your games now and I still haven't recieved mine. I have emailed multiple times with not one response back. I even asked for a refund or perhaps just send my game. No response. Went to their site to leave an inquiry and now even their page for inquiries doesn't even type out your responses in black so you can see what you are sending them. So who knows if they can see anything either.Initial Complaint

I ordered a product, Taboo for the Culture, from Another Frequency Productions, LLC subsidiary, Black Owned Games (BOG), on 18 June 2022. I received confirmation my order was received. I waited.. On 30 June 2022, I received an email re: a shipping update. The email advised BOG began shipping to meet unfulfilled orders and I would receive my order soon. I waited..On 7 September 2022, BOG emailed advising they had products back in stock. BOG was soliciting new purchases and requested contact for any orders still unfulfilled. I responded on 7 September re: my 18 June order. On 15 Sept, I received a reply. BOG apologized and advised they would escalate my issue to a supervisor for delivery or refund. I received neither. I waited..6 October 2022, BOG again emailed advising they had products back in stock. They were soliciting new purchases and requested contact for any orders still unfulfilled from the summer. I responded on 10 October re: my 18 June order. No response. I waited.. 15 November 2022, BOG emailed, promoting a Black Friday sale, soliciting new purchases. I responded on 15 November re: my unfulfilled June order. No response. I waited..16 November 2022, I emailed BOG again, advising I have not received my order. No response. I waited..28 November 2022, BOG emailed, advising they had product in stock. BOG was promoting a sale and soliciting new purchases. I waited..2 December 2022, BOG emailed once again advising they have products in stock. BOG is still soliciting new purchases when they have not fulfilled my order from June 2022. I responded on 3 December re: my 18 June order. As of the time of this submission, no response. I still I wait..To date, 3 December 2022, I have yet to receive my order that was placed AND PAID FOR on 18 June 2022, with several attempts to make contact. I just want what I paid for and to be done with this company forever!Initial Complaint

I ordered the game Taboo from Black Owned Games, a subsidiary of Another Frequency Productions back in March of 2022 as a pre-order. Received one auto-generated email stating my order was received and shipping was in the process. To date , I have not heard from company and received no response to my emails. And today I get an email again advertising said product. On the actual website there is a "Contact Support" option that only accepts your name, email, phone number. Another frequency productions is the parent company of black owned games. I placed an order on May 15th 2022 for taboo for the culture. I have yet to receive this item. I initially received a response when I notified the company I had not received the item, but that has been months ago and my numerous recent emails have gone unanswered. They have disabled comments on social media and are no longer returning communication to the multitude of customers in the same position as me. At this point it has become clear they do not intend on sending the product that I ordered, as it has been over 6 months with no delivery. This is misleading and a scamInitial Complaint

I ordered a game from blackownedgaming.com the child company of Another Frequency Productions on April 29,2022 Order No. *****. As of this writing I have not received my product nor a refund. The last email I received from the company was on September the 9th where as they said they were sorry and that my order should have been shipped. I responded with an ask for the tracking number and have received nothing. In the meantime I have received no less than 3 advertisements from them soliciting me to buy the exact game that I already ordered. At this point I am starting to thin this is a scam and a fraud. You cant call or directly email the company and no responses.
