On December 8 2021, I when to purchase a quinceera dress for my daughter At Grisels bridal on ********************************************************************** (this is the address on the receipt which is different from the bbb web site address)For the amount of $872 I only left a deposit of $500.The employee said that the dress was going to arrive the first week of march, I called the store on march and they told me to call back in to 2 week, I called back after the 2 weeks and they didnt had any idea where the dress was or when was the dress going to arrive. They told me to call back again in two weeks. I tried calling but my phone was blocked and I know this because it when straight to voicemail every time I called. I called from a different number and they answer me and the lady said that the dress was going to make it until June 1 and if it didnt make it by that date she was going to fix a dress that she got in stock that is a lot bigger then the size my daughter needed. I asked for the tracking number and she avoided answering me. I when to the store on 5/14/2022 to get a refund and she denied it, I even try to get a item for $130 and get the rest on cash or return to my credit card but she said that she wasnt going to return my money.I dont have a dress or my money back from grisels bridal Since grisels bridal couldnt get me the right information on when the dress was going to arrive I had it to buy a different dress as an emergency, I paid a lot more money for a new dress and my daughter didnt get the dress she wanted but at least now she got a dress for her special day.I wish I never gone to Grisels bridal.I just want my deposit back
