On December 8 2021, I when to purchase a quinceera dress for my daughter At Grisels bridal on ********************************************************************** (this is the address on the receipt which is different from the bbb web site address)For the amount of $872 I only left a deposit of $500.The employee said that the dress was going to arrive the first week of march, I called the store on march and they told me to call back in to 2 week, I called back after the 2 weeks and they didnt had any idea where the dress was or when was the dress going to arrive. They told me to call back again in two weeks. I tried calling but my phone was blocked and I know this because it when straight to voicemail every time I called. I called from a different number and they answer me and the lady said that the dress was going to make it until June 1 and if it didnt make it by that date she was going to fix a dress that she got in stock that is a lot bigger then the size my daughter needed. I asked for the tracking number and she avoided answering me. I when to the store on 5/14/2022 to get a refund and she denied it, I even try to get a item for $130 and get the rest on cash or return to my credit card but she said that she wasnt going to return my money.I dont have a dress or my money back from grisels bridal Since grisels bridal couldnt get me the right information on when the dress was going to arrive I had it to buy a different dress as an emergency, I paid a lot more money for a new dress and my daughter didnt get the dress she wanted but at least now she got a dress for her special day.I wish I never gone to Grisels bridal.I just want my deposit backInitial Complaint

04/01/2022 - Purchase a prom dress with alternations for my daughter 05/03/2022 - Daughter called to inquire if dress was ready for pickup, they were very disrespectful over the phone and they couldn't locate the dress. 05/03/2022 - I called and ask about the dress and they refer to my daughter in a very disrespectful way and advise the dress would be located and can be pickup 05/03/202 - Went to go the store and they were unable to locate the dress again and waited for almost an hour + for them to finally find it. The alternations that I paid for were done completely wrong. 05/05/2022 - Call the store to speak to a manager and was treated very disrespectful and rude while explaining my situation to the first and second person over the phone.
