I originally brought my e-bike into this business on April 25th. I was told my motor was going out so I purchased a new motor separately to replace the old one. I confirmed with the business and the engineer that this motor would be good for my bike. Since then it has been issue after issue of trying to get my bike back from them fixed. It was first the motor didn't fit, then they tried to solder some wires together ( which i was not told about until after), and had to get custom spokes made for the motor, the controller no longer worked with my motor when they got the right wiring, and now they are waiting on sensors. I am in a spot where I can't really take my bike out, as they have done so much random stuff to it, I wouldn't even know how to begin to fix it. But also they have failed to keep any of the communications I have asked for updates. I have been the one to call them almost every time, and every time it's a new excuse. I am constantly having to waste money on Uber, Lyft bikes, and modes of transportation when they never mentioned this would be an almost 3 months project. With no real end in sight, as the new sensors they put in could cause the display to not work... At this point, I'm just looking for a replacement of the same exact bike, since I can no longer take the bike to a normal shop since it has been altered so much. I understand its a new business trying to start, but at this point, I've been out for 3 months with no certaintly of getting it back soon.
