I have sent in a ******* chorme book to trade in by tech quoted me $210 it's been about almost 2 weeks I have not heard a word they don't answer their phone nor do they answer by email all I want is to get paid for what they quoted meBusiness response

I sold my Apple Watch series 7 to trade in my tech on May 25th, 2022 and they have received my item as of May 27th, 2022. Their policy claims it will take up to 3 business days to be paid and it has been 5 business days. This is business day number 6. Their phone does not work and they have not responded to my email. I am owed $276 for my Apple Watch.Initial Complaint

This company claims to offer money for trading in devices. I got a quote and sent them a used graphics card. They quoted me $552. I sent the card ASAP and got confirmation that they received it via email. They estimate three days to get the item inspected and so I waited those three days. They received my graphics card on February 8th and its now the 14th. My biggest concern is that they are completely unresponsive. Their listed phone number does not work. Ive called countless times at different times of the day. They claim they have fast and great customer service, but I havent spoken to an actual person once. No response to my emails or calls. Im beginning to think this is a scam. All I want is my money for the card that is no longer in my possession.Business response

To whom it may concern,We have received a complaint about a trade-in order of a graphics card. The item was received and that was communicated to the customer. Since the complaint, this order has been paid for and completed. We have heard no response from customer as we believe they are satisfied with our services.
