    Bait and switch tactics, false advertising, no refunds, this business is AWFUL. A disgrace to honest business in *******. No where in their ads does it specifically say that the shoes are shipped from *****. They falsely lead you to believe that these are comfortable shoes but the reality is they are made of plastic and cardboard.

    I order some slippers from sootheez . They sent the wrong product. I emailed them and they said they would refund my money. It has been 3 months now and have yet to receive any refund from them. I still try to contact them by email but now they do not respond. Something needs to be done about these people.

    Hello. I placed two orders with the company. I returned the shoes and have not received my refund yet. When I email, I get a run-around and no solution. There are two numbers for the company, but they are both disconnected. I feel this is a very shady company and I want my refund that they said we would get on their website.     On 8/6/22, I went online and was going to buy a pair of sootheez slippers. On their website there was an advertisement that I can get 4 pairs for 70% off. I added 4 pairs to my cart and the total was $103.49 and I had about ******************************************************************************************* high demand. I completed the transaction and immediately I get a confirmation of a charge for $93.55. I look at the order summary and they had removed one of the slippers. I contacted customer support via email and they kept insisting I got the same family deal. I told them no because these slippers are about $30 each and I could have gotten a 4th for just $10. E-mail customer service was no help. They kept saying I still got the deal. No I did not because I got 3 slippers for $93 when I could have gotten 4 for $103. I tried calling the customer service support line but it is always a busy signal no matter what time you call- probably because they are pulling this scam with several people who are complaining. To resolve this issue, I would just like to get my 4th slipper for the total of $9.94 including tax and shipping because that is what I would have gotten the 4th slipper for with their advertisement for the family deal.

    I had the same experience of several people who have left reviews on your site and I believe this company to be a scam. I ordered my size from their website and when I received my confirmation email, it was the wrong size (a size 5.5). I immediately reached out and was told there was nothing they could do until it arrived. It was delivered weeks later and when I reached out they told me it was outside of their return policy window. This is a clear dropshipping scam. My request is that they are no longer allowed to advertise on Meta (Instagram/Facebook) since they are ripping people off.

    I ordered 2 pairs of shoes on April 30th and have not received them. It said free shipping would take up to 15 days. I want a refund- and even if my shoes come I want a partial refund of half the cost I spent- or a free pair for my partner (with free expedited shipping) to remedy it.I have not received them and tracking shows they are still in ******* or ******** or something.

    I ordered slippers from them. They claimed the size they sent was a 7, the slippers are 3 times too big for me. The company will not let me exchange them or give me a refund.
