              My Dyson hairdryer suddenly stopped working while I was using it. After going to a dyson center they told me to call the customer service number so I can send it back for a replacement. After contacting customer service two times they sent me a return label. My return arrived back to dyson in May 2024 per the tracking number. They gave me order number ******* and tracking id *****************. I have tried contacting dyson several times and they just talk in circles and never provide a resolution. The customer service always says they will escalate and send me an email in ***** hours but so far I have not received an email or a replacement. Dyson's warranty is a scam. They just have Indian customer service give people the run around and dont send out replacements. After looking online it seems that several people have had a similar problem.

              Horrendous customer service. My V12 vacuum under warranty has been without a laser head for over a month. Dyson makes you wait and reach out again once the part is back in stock. Why did I pay over $700 for a vacuum that is useless without this head?
