We hired ****** and his team to fix damages incurred by water leak from a tenant above us. He was supposed to fix walls, paint, and replace bathroom tiles. The crew did a terrible job and left our condo in worse shape than when we started. They scratched my wood floors dragging supplies and paint cans across. The floors were also covered in paint after they painted. No drop cloths or floor coverings were put down during painting or demolition of the bathroom tiles.The paint job was horrendous. There is paint slopped everywhere and some walls have 2 colors. Walls are banged up and dinged.Our bathroom door has marks and scrapes. The bottom of the door is messed up and the doorknob is broken. Closet doors were not res installed correctly on hinges.They threw away hardware and the shelves to my vanity. They place was left a complete mess that took 4 days to clean. There was paint and drywall dust everywhere and the bathtub was covered in paint, dry wall and grout. We made payments totaling $3409 and would like a full refund plus $400 to cover damages, missing materials, and cleaning supplies. The work was completed 6/23/22. ****** did offer to bring his best crew to re-do work but after going through all this we did not trust or feel confident that more damage wouldnt be done.
