I went in to buy a 2018 Jaguar XE. Sticker price was only price available.$29,931. The car came with the original vehicle warranty. I traded in a car for $6,500 and paid $5,000 cash. I opted for NO additional warranties- I don't keep cars that long..or didn't want to. But my sales contract states the cost of car was $32,970.. I asked why my financing was so high because the loan came out to $31,049.50 financing. They stated that was all the taxes and fees..They put 'extended warranties' at the Loan signing and I stated no- they weren't extended warranties because they were same as what the car came with. I didn't want any additional things - only the car w the warranty that it came with. I did not sign any *************** and was told I wouldn't have them at the sales end. I did get a service and I paid $2978.79 out of pocket. I asked why they didn't use my vehicle warranty..they started this was not covered. I recently found out not one service trip was ever submitted to my vehicle warranty and that I did have a bogus extended warranty that they didn't use either.. But basically thru all the faslighting and turning things around on me to make me feel stupid or misunderstood was done intentionally. I called this extended warranty and they said no claims ever came thru. I asked how was in system as I declined ************ stated an electronic signature was used.. That warranty ended before my vehicle warranty ended - so there was no extended warranty on my car. I didn't want it, I didn't sign it and they charged me anyway...So I've basically overpaid this company over $10,000 to get absolutely nothing valid. So when I went to jag to get an issue fixed that infiniti sat on- my vehicle warranty just expired.. I was told you cannot sell an extended warranty unless it's an extension of the actual warranty.. Which they weren't. They were all covering the same exact thing and my car warranty was free. This is so overwhelming and I believe so much fraud towards me, I'm at a loss. I basically have a high car payment for a loan that is way more than my cars worth! This wouldn't be the case if they did the paperwork straight forward and did not try to maliciously confuse me.. I'm at a loss as to what I can do.. Please help. Thank you, *******************
