Not sure what to say here. If we made a mistake and It costs you money I'm more than willing to pay you back. When the first issue happened. You called the office. I sent out a service man. He fixed it. And we repaired the ceiling to your satisfaction. So I guess I'm not sure why we are here now. Why didn't you just call me directly? Sounds like my guys made a bad decision. We should have never put that hose in. If that is indeed what happened. But if you would have just called like you did the first time you had an issue. I would have taken care of it without issue. Please let me know how you would like reimbursed the $800 plus dollars in costs you have. And if we could all get a copy of those invoices that would be great. Sorry for all you inconvenience. But we will continue to stand behind our work. Just as we promised you.Customer response

They sent out a flyer for remodeling of the bathrooms. They **** up a contract for 3 bathrooms, with a deposit and whatnot. I put down ****** deposit on 8/16/21. They ordered materials. Total cost was ****** for the whole job. They only finished one room and they have not come back and not responding to my calls.Business response

Mr. ***** you absolutely know why we will not return. Nor have you called since we left your house. We finished 100% your master bathroom and you love it. If you would like to truly dispute this going forward you will need to be truthful. We have three contracts for 3 different rooms. We finished the largest most difficult job first to find out that you are too difficult to reasonable work with. You cost us the first 2 days telling us how you wanted us to do our job. Because like you said "you know more than the manufactures".
Any way. We fired you. We choose not to work for you! We completed the first contract. You got an amazing deal. We did way more work for you then contracted in that room because of your crazy constant changes of mind.

************** enjoy your beautiful. It really does look great. Im sorry we will not be returning to complete the other two room and of course we will not be charging you anything. If your still upset we refuse to work for you im unsure where to go from here.
