Fitness Premier charged us $320 for personal training sessions that were not authorized nor did we receive them. 2 sessions were authorized and found to be sub-standard, Cancelled out contract with them on March 1 with the knowledge that the "club fee" of $41 each would be charged to our account. Nothing was ever mentioned about the personal training fees, they charged out March credit card statement another $320 even though not authorized and account had been cancelled. I protested the amount to the credit card company and after MANY phone calls/letters Fitness Premier is now stating to credit card company they have credited our club account. We don't have a club account we are no longer members of this club. I have called and left at least 12 messages to a ********************************* phone ********************* with no response from her or anyone else at the "corporate" office. All I want is my $320 back for services we did not authorize or use.

I have spoken to *************** on a few occasions, I had informed her the charge was made in March, she then disputed it with her credit card company so it was returned back to her **** in April.  We have ran several reports and even contacted our billing company and no other charges have been made to this credit card.  She had said she was going to call the credit company again to see where her credit was.  I have returned several calls and left messages, the most recent was on 7/8 but have not had any returned calls.  I told her at this point I would need to see the credit card statements to see the codes associated with the charges to investigate further but have not seen the statements.  I have attached the service agreement that was signed agreeing to these charges.  I have also attached the receipt of the refund.  ******** has called her multiple times as well with no return phone calls.  We do not like having unhappy clients but from our end everything appears to be cancelled and refunded.  I would be happy to investigate further once I see the credit card statements.
