      I had a new furnace installed in October of 2022. Since then I have had 9 service calls on the heat pump. Now, I'm to the point where the calls are not returned by the owner. We haven't been able to get anything resolved. He has called the manufacturer (*****) but I haven't heard back from the hvac owner. The owner said that ***** would come out but that's all I have heard. Also, I was assured that the new unit would lower my utility bills which it has not.

      We have been in constant contact with this customer as well as representatives from *****. I have made another trip to his home and we have discussed his equipment and his understanding of what he is seeing on his thermostat. After discussing the thermostat and explaining that his unit is operating normally, he has retracted his original statement. He made the additional statement under is original "desired settlement" statement. I have attached a copy of the statement in the letter I have received from you in the mail.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      My problem with company is not that we didn't understand the thermostat, it's because his installers never hooked it up right and it's taking them 6 months to work out all of the issues.

      We were under the impression that *** ****** was no longer having any issues with his equipment. If he is still having an issue, we would be happy to address any such issues.
