I bought a vape pen from this store and it burned my hand and as I was trying to file the warranty for the product I received a notification saying that the warranty I just filed was not valid because the product was counterfeit. I made a review on Google and **** from the store called me and harassed me because of the review I left and because I used the warranty card I had received for the product He only refunded me a portion of the cost of the product I bought. He gave me a refund but the quality of the vape he replaced for me was less than what he refunded me for. I paid 100 dollars but only received 40 dollars back. I wrote a review on Google and **** has been harassing me ever since he harassed me over the phone because I tried to file the warranty for the product He gave me a cheap vape and I had to use more juice. I want him to give me the free juice he promised and to stop harassing me.Business response

she came to the store complaining about a device she purchased 3 weeks before, the purchase was made on April/13 only God knows what happened to the device in these 3 weeks i told her our policy is when we sell any device we will open the box and make sure its working perfectly and show the Custumer how to use it, and that is what I did when she purchased the device , and I showed her we do have a policy sign in the store saying no refund or exchange , because anything could happen to the device after the customer leaves the store they might drop it in water for example and the device will not work after , and all the devices we sell they come with a warranty from the manufacturer that she could've contacted, and because she is an older lady I felt like helping her and I offered to give her a different device and she chose a different device that was $7 cheeper and I told her that its $7 cheaper and there for I gave her a 4 pack of extra pods to make up for the difference in the price and she left happy. and now she wants me to give her some extra juices because she is talking about she wasted half of the bottle , I feel like I'm being played and that she wants to take advantage of me because I'm being too nice to her. We run an honest business and we don't play games with no body, I gave her more than what she paid for, we do care about our customers satisfaction and that's why we will make sure to show the Custumer how to use the device they purchase so they know how to operate it .
