I had a water loss claim in my basement (fyi - always disconnect your hose from the spigot between seasons) this spring. The entire Werner Restoration crew was fantastic from start to finish. The initial mitigation to get things cleaned up happened very promptly. **** is mostly who I dealt with and he was professional and courteous from the very beginning. Once the actual remodel began the ********* they sent out was named *****. He was steady and meticulous like you would want a ********* to be as you could tell he took pride in his work. He was efficient, but didn't sacrifice quality for speed, I appreciated that. The project manager *** coordinated my job, and all of the subcontractors that came to my home were quality people in my opinion and I had an open door policy with them all after initial conversations at the jobsite. My entire family was very comfortable with the type of individuals were showing up, both in professionalism and quality. I did have some issues with State Farm, but the Werner team really made me feel they had my best interest at heart in a difficult time (which is what I expected from my insurance company). Maybe it was by chance, but I even met the owner ********************************* on my job, and his hands on approach really made it feel like it was family looking out for me. In a day of big companies focusing on profit margins, my experience with Werner Restoration from beginning to end was incredible. My job was completed in a timely manner with quality results, along with the benefit of having small family business customer service morals. Thank you to the entire Werner team for a job well done, and I highly recommend to others!
