      We closed on our home in April, 2021 with promises to finish the yard/house after closing. I have reached out to the builder numerous times and he has stopped responding; an employee reached out on occasion to get some items taken care of. But now the employee is not responding. There a list of items that have not been completed, and I have significant quality concerns as well. Unfinished items include: sod in yard (partially put in, not completed), screens for windows, electrical work, and the front flower bed. Additionally, there are significant quality concerns pointed out to me by other contractors, the largest being water management. On the south side of my home, the builder left the grading toward my home, so all of the rain water is being funneled directly toward the foundation. Same with the front flower bed area, which is lower than the walk way, so the water is funneled toward the foundation from the gutter and other rainfall. They also placed the sump pump drain above my air conditioner unit, which caused massive erosion and my ** unit was sliding down the hill. Although I was able to get some help, the ** unit remains unleveled. I will have to pay someone to come out and build a proper pad for the ** unit. There are also issues with my flooring, which slides away from the wall and leave gaps. Someone came out and I was advised to continue pushing back into the wall. Doesn't last long. The steps coming from my back deck were built with such poor quality that not only do they look atrocious, but they wobble/are not stable. Door frames are completed with multiple pieces of wood and it is noticeable. They didn't install plumbing in the garage as we requested. Flag was cemented in for mailbox so postal worker cant know when there is mail, often have to take mail to ***** The retaining wall provided by the builder did not seem sufficient (per landscape designer) so we were advised to replace. We have paid THOUSANDS to fix waterflow issues and aren't done yet.

      ****** Homes was contracted to build our primary residence on May 27, 2020 in which we moved in on May 15, 2021. As part of a Change Order (signed Jan 25, 2021), ****** Homes was also contracted to build a detached garage and pool house. Upon moving in, several aspects of our primary residence were unfinished or defective/requiring repairs; the detached garage and pool house also remain unfinished. Since our move in date of May 15th, we made numerous requests and conversations via phone, text, and email to ****** Homes owners (******* and ****** ******) asking for schedules/timeframes for completion of the acknowledged unfinished/defective items. Our last email sent Dec 14, 2021, requested ****** Homes send us a plan of action and completion date for each unfinished/deficient item by 3 Jan. We received no response. While ****** Homes is consistently posting on Facebook and other social media sites regarding new projects, our home/property remains unfinished. The following items require resolution: Staircase Newel Post/Railing/Balusters/Trim: the staircase post, railing and balusters and trim still need to be installed. The board installed along the edge of the staircase, where the balusters would be positioned, is secured to the staircase by a single nail, and the whole board shifts if touched. Attic AC Drain Line / Bedroom Drywall / Smoke Detector: a leak in the Attic AC Drain Line caused damage to a bedroom ceiling/wall and smoke detector. The AC leak was fixed; however, the ceiling/wall were only partially repaired (rough patching of drywall) and the smoke detector was not replaced Yard Fill and Grading: the yard area off the front porch and around the back side of the house were not filled/graded LED Light Fixtures: 4 light fixtures were inoperable. 3 replaced/1 remains to be fixed/replaced. Detached Garage/Pool House: both structures only have foundations and are otherwise unfinished Mailbox/House #s: included in contract but did not receive
