I purchased a **** ***** odyssey van from Power Auto group on 6/8/22 and they said they would send the info to the bmv , and the bmv will send me the title within approximately 45 days . Now it is almost 80 days already and I haven't received a title, and they don't answer their phone. They should not be selling cars if they can't do better than that. My 90 day registration is almost running out already

On 2/17/22 my son went to Power Auto Group LLC/Elite Auto Group LLC at ************************************************************************************ (Phone ************) and purchased a year **** ***** Civic for $2200 cash including plates and taxes. The mileage on the vehicle was relatively low given the age at ******* miles. This vehicle was described by the seller (**** - Manager) to have no known mechanical issues, which was falsely represented and if the properly described the vehicles condition a purchase would not have been made. Less than an hour from purchasing the vehicle, the car stopped while driving almost causing a collision and needed to be towed to nearest family residence. Several attempts were made the same day on 2/17/22 to connect with the dealer to return the vehicle given the condition, however there were no responses to the numerous phone calls made. The following day on 2/18/22 the car was towed for $95 to the nearest auto mechanic who is reputable for a diagnostic assessment which cost another $63. Based on the diagnostic assessment, it was learned that the vehicle has a blown cylinder head gasket (power train component) which is estimated between $1800-$**** to repair which is the price paid for the vehicle. A second assessment was completed by another mechanic with the same recommendation. This was a fraudulent purchase and scam that is a direct violation of ******** law, which requires that the vehicle will be free of a defect in a power train component including the gaskets for 15 days or 500 miles after delivery, whichever is earlier except with defects disclosed to the buyer which were none. We have since returned the vehicle to the dealer, however requesting a full refund or an exchange for a working vehicle. At this point as of 2/21/22 no money has been returned and the vehicle is in the dealers possession. This company is running a scam as evidenced by the many complaints highlighted on the Elite Auto Group website (they are using Power Auto as well)

We have a copy of the customer complaint. Unfortunately we can not resolve the issue with the customer's mother because she did not purchase the vehicle and was not in attendance of the actual purchase. We can only resolve issues with the actual customer that made the purchase. All of our vehicles are sold as is and all customers are aware of that at the time of signing the paperwork. We can try to resolve all issues but we can only deal with the actual customer.  At ********************** Auto we value all of our customers with honesty and Integrity.

      Complaint: 16793245

I am rejecting this response because: This complaint is being submitted by BOTH *********************** (customer who is replying to this message) and *********************** (mother and also the real customer who paid in full for the defected product with a power train defect and missing Cadillac Converter). Power Auto Group/Elite Auto Group LLC is running a scam and fraudulent business with extremely poor customer service. **********************/Elite Auto Group knowingly withheld information regarding the condition of the vehicle and outright lied to me as the customer saying that the car was in working condition, which obviously was a scam given the car did not last 5 miles and even 30 minutes. This purchase was a direct violation of the ******** Law for implied warranty and had a power train defect which qualifies for reimbursement and the as is does not override state law. As a business owner, Power Auto Group has an obligation to properly represent itself and should be shut down as this is a disgrace to the society that they are selling cars that should be junked. This complaint  has also been escalated to the ******** Attorney General for fraud and abuse, Small Claims Court and will continue to be escalated until this matter is satisfactorily resolved and a full refund is given. Lastly, Power Auto Group/Elite Auto Group was given back possession of the vehicle and as the customer (***********************), I am requesting a full refund refund for this defected purchase. I (***********************) am looking for justice to be served and Power Auto Group/Elite Auto Group needs to make this right.

      Sincerely,

      *********************** (customer) and *********************** (customer/payer)

      Sincerely,

Once again we apologize for any issues that the customer might of encountered. Customer *********************** made a purchase  with our company and signed contracts that stated vehicle is sold AS IS, It also stated that the vehicle had unknown mechanical issues and that the customer was responsible for any repairs. This is stated on the first page of the **** of Sale and highlighted right above the customers signature. Each form is discussed in detail at the time of signing to make sure customer understands their purchase. *********************** signed and understood his purchase. Also customer tried to drop vehicle off the next day and we had the vehicle placed back in customers driveway with the available address given. Once again we apologize but we are very open to customers bringing mechanics and test driving the vehicle before purchase because we know our cash cars are cheap and sold AS IS.

      Thank You
