On July 2, 2023, I paid for furniture and rugs from the Country Club Furniture store. After many calls to the store, it took me months to finally get most of the items which I was initially told would be delivered within a week after the purchase. I still have not received the second rug that I paid for. Also, I was told that if I ordered an entertainment center, the delivery people would mount my **. I have received nothing but an abundance of empty promises from ******, the manager or owner, with respect to the rug and ** mounting. They were also supposed to remove plastic thats sticking out on the furniture handles. ****** said he would personally deliver the rug and mount the ** but he hasnt. Its absurd that its been over four months and I havent received what I paid for.
