On August 15 I purchased a headband wig for $90.00 (order number R19751) paid by pay pal Then I purchased another wig on August 18th i purchased another headband wig Order R19761) for the same price. Both transactions totaling $180.00. I never received the wigs and when I wrote to inquire about my purchase, I did not get a response and now the website is down and everything has disappeared on social mediaInitial Complaint

Purchased goods from the website of this company. Have purchased from there before with no problem 21 days with no response to when my product would be shipped out, website and Instagram down, unanswered emails and calls. Working on getting a refund through PayPal but I want answers.Initial Complaint

I ordered crochet angel **** from a **** company called The Curl Refinery June 18th. I waited about 3 weeks to see about my **** through email. A few days later, they informed me that it take 4 weeks for the **** to be made & then the product will be shipped. I waited a few more weeks & still haven't received anything. I emailed them again asking when will my **** be shipped, they told me the beginning of the new month, which was August. I waited two weeks & asked for my refund. I still haven't heard anything from the email nor their Instagram message. I reached out to other customers who were also waiting for their **************** complaining. One of the customers informed me that the owner told them that she sold the company to someone else. She wasn't legally & contracted to tell the customers who were the new owners & what they're going to do w/ the company. Even when we informed her that the new owner is still accepting customers & promoting new & current products she didnt care & said just to dispute it w/ our bank.. which I already did but still have to wait. This isn't ok because they are still promoting products for purchase & accepting payments & not giving people their products nor their money back. I have lots of screenshots of my emails, Instagram messages that I sent to the owner, screenshot of the owner responding to my comment about letting people know about her now running the company anymore & messages from other customers who share the same complaint.
