DO NOT USE THIS COUNTRY SIDE NISSAN SERVICE CENTER!!!!they are very crooked. They new I needed a catalytic converter for my car because I was having an issue with my emissions. Just knowing that they changed four spark plugs and a few screws and told ** they didnt know what was wrong. Told ** to drive the car to see if the check engine light would come on. Then they charged ** $1400 If you have an older Nissan dont take it to them the service ***** and the manager doesnt care. Its all about taking your money. Im currently speaking with Legal to get our money back!

Countryside Nissan salesman BJ cant be trusted, I went in to purchase a vehicle and was deceived by him. As a customer with excellent credit which i guess i shouldn't have shared with him in the beginning of how my credit worthiness has gotten me great interested rate and how i'm looking for the best rate as my first choice of finance with *********** He submitted for Ally as well as i was in hope BJ was listening to me as a customer. He came back with a lie saying Ally was giving me best rate of 8% which in turn Chase was actually giving much lower. I called the next business back in disbelief chase was higher and asked for the interest number. that was before him on that day, remind you he never showed me the interest rate of both parties as i trusted his word as we conducted business and what was good for me as payment and desire. In the end i contact both banks and found out the dealership is the one that came up with interest rate they just finance. I called to talk to him about his deceitfulness,, bad business and lack of integrity. Only to have him to ask me to call him back, which he was not available. He was quite upset that i called him out and stated "not to call him a liar" to only find out from other reviews he lied to others as well.My suggestion is that if you by a car from here be aware of BJ tactics as he will smile and laugh with you to only deceive you with no accountability of misleading and deception. I know their job is to sell cars but deception and bad practice is a under statement.

The dealership has advertised many Factory Incentives on its website effective 9/8/2021 thru 10/4/2021 that we found out after we purchased 2021 Nissan Kicks SV but did not disclose us despite our repeated inquiries. The one we qualify for is a Factory Incentive for $500 for 2021 Nissan Kicks SV for college graduates effective September 8, 2021 through October 4, 2021. It is written very clearly, Current students/recent graduates of accredited colleges, universities, and vocational/technical schools may receive special incentives on select vehicles. Proof of enrollment/graduation required. I am very shocked and disappointed about this entire ordeal and believe that it is only right that they honor their incentive since I purchased the Nissan Kicks SV within the time frame of the incentive and both of my kids qualify for it.
