They double charged for services which I didn't authorize, was never made aware of, and didn't request. I didn't authorize the fees nor made aware of any fees I didn't ask for services which were performed, over-priced and treated by a veternarian I didn't schedule to examine my dog. The front desk will be very frustrating, as they are incompetent, rude and inconsiderateBusiness response

Each time a patient comes into our office the doctor performs an examination on the patient. There is a charge for the exam fee. Owner was unhappy that she was charged an exam fee in April, then again when she returned in June. We gave owner a refund for the full exam fee and charged her a recheck exam which is at a lower cost. There are no further refunds to be given at this time. I called to make an appointment to schedule my dog for her rabies that I pre paid for! The lady who answered informed me I had made a deposit of $50 with an appointment and I would lose my $50 because I missed the appointment that I didn't even remember ever making!I explained this and explained it's greedy and wrong to steal $50 from hard working people for a simple mistake... and the lady began arguing with me with an attitude and refused to refund me the $50 so I said refund me the money for the rabies shot that I wanted to go elsewhere. They refused so I had to take my dog there knowing how rude they spoke to me on the phone and then when I arrived I was treated awfully, even worse than I was treated on the phone and lied to multiple times. I want My money back for my deposit and for the employees who treated me like this to be reprimanded.Business response

Our hospital requires a deposit to schedule an appointment of $50. If the client does not cancel within 24 hours of appointment or show up for the appointment that deposit is forfeited. This is explained during the appointment booking process. This particular client had confirmed her appointment for ***** on our app the day before the appointment saying that she would come in but then did not show for the appointment, thus forfeiting the deposit. When the client called to discuss this with our staff we again explained our deposit policy, and we offered her to squeeze her in for an appointment the same evening to get her rabies that she prepaid for Despite her being extremely rude and swearing at our staff we allowed her to use that previously forfeited deposit of $50 to go towards the exam visit. We can not give a Rabies vaccine without performing a physical exam. We performed the examination and Rabies vaccine at no charge to the client, allowing her to use that $50 she previously paid. Even after doing this despite our hospital deposit policy the client was extremely aggressive with all of our staff members using profanity, raising her voice at them to the point where we had to ask her to leave the building.
Since the $50 was used for the examination yesterday there is nothing to refund her. Due to her behavior and treatment of our staff we gave her a copy of her medical records and told her she is not welcome backCustomer response

I am rejecting this response because its all lies. The vet techgot rude with me 1st and degrading and dem eaning. I told them i wasnt coming back irregardless because of how rude and greedythey are. And the vet tech proceeded to lie about telling me the costs on the phone and was condescending. <*********************
