      I have had an account with this credit union for over 20 years. They have recently (in the last year or so) merged with another credit union. Since this time, the customer/member service has declined drastically. Every time I try to contact the credit union via phone, I experience wait times of 12 minutes or more. On Saturday, November 12, 2022, I noticed that my debit card had been compromised. I immediately contact my card services to have my card shut down and a new card issued. I then contacted my credit union on Monday, November 14, 2022 to complete a transaction dispute form for the fraudulent charges to my debit card. I have since had those charges reimbursed. I was informed that I would receive my new card in **** business days. Today is November 22, 2022 and upon contact the credit union to check on the status of my new card, I was informed that due to the holidays and Fed Ex experiencing delays in shipping, my request was just put in yesterday, November 21, 2022 and I should receive my new card by next week. I have no access to my money in my account (other than physically going to the credit union and withdrawing money from my account). This is UNACCEPTABLE when every other bank/credit union can replace member cards within one day. I have also contacted the credit union via emails to express my concerns with no return contact.

      I purchased a 2010 **** Fusion from a dealership almost 5 yrs ago. The Numark credit union is my lean holder. I have a loan for 60 months at interest rate of *****% monthly payments of $200. I have asked for a print out of all payments made on my account because Numark has never sent me a monthly statement. I was told they can not provide me with that. My car has needed over $6,000 worth of work and now another $3100 is needed. The car has not been running for 4 to 5 months now. Instead of me being provided a payoff so that I could just purchase another car, I found out Numark added insurance onto my loan for almost the entire duration of the loan and I already had insurance. I provided them proof of all insurance. I even contacted the branch manager *********************** in ********** **. She got back to me 2 months later saying they took $1700 off. But what happened to all the other money paid on the loan? Its only a 60 month loan and I have less than 5 months left but the amount of the loan is still the same. I have a clean driving record, good credit and I'm a 23 Yr old manager of Cinemark movie theatre. I should not owe anything on my car because the loan amount was $7368 and I've paid for 52 months which a total of $10,400 paid. I am asking someone to please help me as my mother has also tried to get this resolved and no one will help. I do not owe any money they owe me money but no one will help resolve my account.
