Tech CU denied me access to my funds and account information. To date, I am unable to access my funds. I request immediate access to my funds and detailed information of my accounts history.DETAILS On or about March 25, 2022, Tech CU closed my accounts without prior notice and without explanation, justification, or legal basis. Tech CU denied me access to the balance of my funds and to my account current and historical information. Tech CU continues to deny me access to my funds, balance, and current and historical account information. My last in-person visit to ******* branch in *******, **, was on June 22, 2022. I presented my identification cards and requested (i) access to my funds and current and historical account information, and (ii) accounts re-activation.As detailed below, Tech CU senior management at the ******* branch stated they were not to provide any information about why my accounts were closed by Tech CU headquarters. For one hour, I worked with three different Tech CU officers. Tech CU branch officers attempted reaching Tech CU headquarters to determine how to respond to my requests. They failed to respond or provide me access to my funds or any current or historical accounts information. Senior manager *****************************, NMLS# ******, informed me that he would reach me by end of the day or the next day and provide me access and information about my accounts. I have not heard from him or anyone else at Tech CU thereafter.Initial Complaint

The credit union is trying to collect $26.90 saying I did not have car insurance when I did it was submitted to them in February April and May they kept saying they did not receive it and I proven to them that I never had a lapse in coverage and they do not want to let the $26.90 go
