    Still getting bills from Advanced Family ********************************************* **********, ******** (refer below as AFDOCHI), for a service/transaction date of 07/11/2023.They had informed me in several occasions that they submitted the claim to my insurance provider, Guardian: 1st Nov (in phone); 2nd Tues, 01/16/2024 (in person), and 3rd Thu, 03/07/2024 (in-person: around 3:05 pm, I was in front of *******. from AFDOCHI while worked and sent the claim by email, didnt have access to see *******.s computer monitor/screen).Called again, my insurance company, Guardian, today, Fri, 03/22/2024, and they informed me that they havent received a claim from AFDOCHI for service/transaction date 07/11/2023. Guardian gave me the option to submit the claim by myself so I emailed AFDOCHI today, Frid, 03/22/2024, at ******************* requesting an itemized receipt so I can submit the claim.They need to figure out how to communicate with my insurance company because they will send me to their collection agency and that will affect my credit.To make matters worse, on Thu, 03/07/2024, they provided very poor customer service and they have a very negative, rude, uncaring, and unkind attitude about me being upset regarding this issue. From my perspective they didnt care at all about my bill being unpaid and sent to a collection agency due to their failure to properly submit the claim to my insurance provider. I asked for someone else, a manager/supervisor and that person also provided very poor customer service and they have a very negative, rude, uncaring, and unkind attitude. The answer was: there is nothing they could do and that I have to check on them and my insurance to make sure the bill is being paid. I replied back: I had been doing that and that I still do not have a resolution of my case.Also a concern, I don't know if this might be happening to other customers that cannot defend themself and they get away with this. They serve a lot of low-income and immigrants.

    This place is very unprofessional, employees are not very smart especially office staff, I was a new patient and had a cracked tooth. First, I made the 1st appt and then they call and cancel it on me, saying they dont offer emergency appointments.oh really? Then they refused to care for my tooth because I may have been pregnant and they needed X-rays. I was told to take an at home test and if negative I could make appt and come back. My test was negative. So today, the 2nd appt I made, they told me I was on for a limited appt, last week they told me I would be seen for cleaning AND the cracked tooth, and today they needed Drs clearance and said they could not fit me for cleaning and the tooth problem. What!? Really? So the second time I took off of work I still am not seen for the issue? I shouldnt need a Drs clearance for a cleaning and cracked tooth. So, I missed work last week and this week and they still have not seen me at all! This is beyond ridiculous! If u have a dental emergency, you shouldnt have to go through this and make 2 appts and still not be seen! Terrible customer service and very unprofessional. Dr was very rude and office staff are like teenagers that dont know what theyre saying or doing. Definitely a public aid place as well. Wish I never stepped foot in here. Theyre just out for your $$ and could care less about your problems. I have good ins too. Its sad how this place runs. ?????? people find a different dental office!!
