I went for glasses here last year and bought 2 pairs of glasses. I had 2 different insurances but still had to pay out of pocket for specific stuff that i wanted, which is fine, until my one pair of glasses were messed up and i never took them from the store. I have been going back n forth with them for a year over one pair of freaking glasses that wear messed up every time i tried them!I was told i was due for an exam and i could just pick out new glass. My insurance paid 225 towards them and i paid 255 out of pocket! They refuse to give me my 255 back! They are only giving me what the insurance paid! So now I'm out all that money and a pair of glasses that i never got!!!!!!Business response

We worked with *************** who purchased glasses from us and returned 9 months later asking for a refund. Our Manager, Ray worked with her and she purchased a second pair of glasses which she used her insurance benefits and we offered an additional $100 discount. She has both pairs of glasses and still is asking for a refund. Many times she has visited the office and has worked with several of our associates including the owner. We feel we have already taken reasonable steps to try to satisfy this customer.
