I keep receiving a bill for services. I spoke with someone regarding the bill and my correct insurance information was not accurate. I gave my correct insurance information and was told I would receive a phone call if something was wrong. I never received a call instead I received a bill from a collection agency demanding payment for past due bill. This needs to be corrected immediately as I need to understand why my insurance is still not updated in the system or why insurance is not covering my services.

I went for an exam and was told that I needed a root canal. Fine! I get the root canal done and weeks after, I am having toothaches. I call the office multiple times and get no answer. I finally talk to someone and I ask them how is it possible that Im having continued toothaches if the nerves were removed? I was told to come back in for another exam to figure out the problem. This joke of a dentist looks me right in my face and tells me that I just need to get both teeth removed. Both?? I said to him that I was told I only needed one. He said No, I did 2 root canals. I know it to be a fact that I was told that I only needed ONE! I decide to get a second opinion because extracting my teeth seemed extreme. Thank God I did!! I have had 3 x-rays done at 3 different dental offices and THEY ALL CAME TO THE SAME CONCLUSION: BOTH OF MY ROOT CANALS WERE INCOMPLETE. Thats what was causing my pain. Also, that my teeth DID NOT NEED TO BE EXTRACTED! They saw this IMMEDIATELY as they looked at the x-rays which mean DR. ********************** SAW IT TOO!!! Instead of admitting to and correcting his mistake, this jackhole suggested I take my teeth out and even had me schedule an appointment to have them extracted. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!! Trying to cover up his mistake by removing my teeth and had I not got a second opinion, Id be toothless right now. I talked to the office manager who confirmed by ******* and office note that only one root canal was needed. So, guess what that means? In addition to them being incomplete, he performed a root canal on a tooth that didnt even need it!! ON TOP OF THAT, he broke a file in my gums. Now I have to have the root canal retreated and if the doctor is not able to remove the broken file, because its very deep in my gums, I will have to undergo surgery. The doctor will have to cut my gums open to remove the piece of broken file. The other tooth, unfortunately, will have to be extracted at this point.

I got my braces of in 2019 and the retainer they gave never felt comfortable or right, I attempted a whole lot to get this corrected however they deemed it an a non emergency and at that time they would only take emergencies. I went to another dentist who told me the retainer was indeed messing up my teeth and that's what is was causing the discomfort and I should go back to who did the work me being annoyed at the Irving ******** went to Crestwood ******** and theu stated the retainer was broken and my teeth were shifting wrong, removed the retainer, took an impression for another retainer that I had to pay another $400 for and stated it would be 3-4 weeks for the new retainer, that was on 5/24. I called several times and couldn't get an answer on the new retainer meanwhile my teeth are now forming the spaces that the braces corrected they saw me on 7/26 over two months later ONLY TO SAY THEY LOST THE IMPRESSION..UNBELIEVABLE SO I HAD TO TAKE ANOTHER IMPRESSION AND WAIT MORE TIME MEANWHILE MY TEETH ARE GETTING WORSE AND ONLY HAD THE BRACES OFF FOR LESS THAN 3 YEARS, I'M SO DEPRESSED, ANGRY AND JUST DON'T UNDERSTAND
