I arrived at the Crestwood location at 5:46pm like any other day this parking lot is full so I know there would be a wait. Cars began to form all round me blocking each other in to be serviced. The employees began to bring food to the cars behind us. My order was taken at 6:00pm payment issued. Cars behind me constantly had to maneuver around me in order to exit because they had been serviced. I asked several employees to check the status of my order. 22 cars were serviced while they checked. Finally I asked again are you all short staffed whats the problem he replied I dont know you want my manager I told him no I want my order or my money back. He proceeds to the window and then asks me what I had. I told him 1 order Explained what it was. I asked what is the hold up Id been there almost an hour he says he didnt know they running slow today. I then asked for the manager it is now 642 he said she was busy but can I move to the parking spot until. I said no I have accommodated enough moving all over vehicle almost being hit how do you service those in back of me first. He brought an order to me at 7;07 pm and it wasnt mine fries cold. The worst service in history and of course the manager never came. It be best they get another manager that can handle the volume
