Was approached by the lead supervisor while in my yard stating that they would be doing work in my neighborhood and would give me a special deal/rate if I was interested in them doing work on my driveway - since they would be working and could combine cost savings with the work arranged with the other job. Was given a quote and we negotiated the scope of the work and what could be done. Finally agreed on a price that included my driveway being paved with asphalt, removal and replacement of the main ditch culvert and then also 6 inch x 6 inch square grey non tumbled pavers to line the edges. Gave a deposit and was told would be back to do the job in a few days. ***** arrived and began the work but they did not have the culvert with them and as they continued to work on the driveway they did not bring enough material. Had to send a second truck which delayed the installation. Stated would be back in 2 days to finish the old culvert removal and new installation. Asked how this would impact the driveway and the lead supervisor stated it would look seamless and would not be a problem. Asked me to pay him in advance so he could purchase the paver edging planned. We discussed other projects to include a paver patio in the front of my house/yard, a carport and pergola. He was very interested and provided a quote. Wanted a down payment for those projects but stated I would like to see how the driveway project turned out before making that larger financial commitment. He promised he would "take care of me" and not skip out or try to mislead me. Also said he would give me my 1st year seal coating for free. He skipped out, did not complete the paver edging and never returned texts or calls. His number is not in service and 5 year guarantee is now seemingly worthless. Very much a ******** and poor business acumen. Do not use this company for any job.Initial Complaint

This company worked on driveways in our area and they proposed to provide asphalt cover for our driveway that was cracking. They did work but left multiple stains with workers fingerprints on two white gates and cover with the asphalt holes in a driveway so I couldnt lock gates. I called ******* who was the contact person and signed the contract with me giving 5 years warranty. He promised to send someone to fix the damage multiple times but no one showed **. In about a month the driveway started falling apart with multiple spots there that didnt hold the cover. Also he didnt do level of the asphalt right way so with rain my garage looked like a swimming pool with water going there instead of going to the drain. All attempts to reach ******* were not successful. He ignored phone calls and text messages. He disappeared the same way for my neighbor finishing only 3/4 of the driveway. He was also not able to reach this company . I contacted ********************** but they dont require companies to get a license there so they dont have any power to help us.Any help with this matter would be highly appreciated. At this point this driveway requires work to be fixed but I dont know which way to go with it. I would like company to come back and fix the driveway and water drain so I dont have to hire someone else.
