I took my pickup truck in because three new tires were leaking air They told me they fixed the issue and told me the leaks were fixed. They charge me $71.28. After the repair the 3 tires were stil leaking. I spoke to ******* the service writer an he told me thy donot have a water tank to check tire's for leaks ( bubbles). It turns out that the valve stems needed to be replaced. They-replaced the valve stems and charged ma an additional $115.29. That corrected the problem. I asked for a credit of $71.28 since that didnt correct the issue. I feel that they should give me a credit for the work that didnt repair the problem.Business response

Art my name is **** the owner of Top Notch I apologize. And I agree with you and without a question if I knew this was we would have done it right away. Just had my Manager ***************** you to refund your money. I very much apologize. And We let ******* go for another concern like this. We have high expectations and standards of employees and this is NOT how we do business. Please reach out and we will be happy to refund you your money. And hopefully salvage this relationship
