I received a 4 section tool storage system on 02-14-2024. The 4 piece system arrived with obvious factory defects to 3 sections of the system, the hutch and 2 side lockers . My franchisee, ******************************* in ******, ***** who contacted ************ advising the appropriate representatives of the defects and supplied photographs to ************ confirming the defects. My local Franchisee has been by ************ representatives "they are working on the issue and have not made a decision on how the Company will handle the defects". I have called ************ and expressed my concerns and my requests for the Company to exchange my defective tool storage system with new cabinets and a new hutch. I have received the same response, and the analogy from ************ is, " this is not a socket, and this will take some time". ************ will not contact me with their decision, nor will they stand behind their warranty. This problem has been ignored by ************ with hopes ************ will go away. I have requested ************ handle this matter in an expeditious and civilized manner to no avail. This morning I was let go at snap on for simply being 3 minutes later yesterday I had to add oil to my car but I contacted **** to let him know that I may be running a few minutes behind. But I dont think that thats grounds of termination he Also told me that that would be ok, there is also a points system thats should protect me from things like this but they completely disregarded that and let me go after me only having one point if they did go by it and to my knowledge it was be 6 points untill terminationInitial Complaint

Snap on tools had called regarding my account. They proceed to tell me after I purchased they could not talk to me bc they put my account under my fathers social number. I said how I filled it out under my information and got we messed up somehow and put it under your fathers social on record. I got a call today saying they lost rep and need payment type on file. I asked what is going on with my **** they said they put it under my name. I said how. They said I filled application out. I answered that I did not fill out application for transfer nor do I know anything about a new contract. Rep said his boss put it under my social number. How is this possible. They cant tell me . I never filled application out and they just filled out and must have signed my name for credit. What can I do?
